Problem accessing cPanel ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS

I made a "Change root directory" with the following: /var/cpanel/userdata/USERNAME/DOMAIN.COM 1. Once you have opened the file, look for the following line: documentroot: / home / USERNAME / public_html 2. Modify the location according to your needs. Save it and exit. 3. Rebuild the Apache conf and restart Apache: / scripts / rebuildhttpdconf service httpd restart once this action was done, I could not enter the cpanel of my domains anymore. I can enter the whm, ssh, and applications that are parked. but not to the cpanel. Any idea of where I should look for the problem? as an antecedent it seems that tries to enter by https, something that before did not. thank you very much.

  Hello, To update, it looks like the culprit in this case was the configuration of an End-Of-Life theme as the default theme configured in "WHM Home " Server Configuration " Basic WebHost Manager" Setup". The solution is to ensure the default theme is configured to Paper Lantern or a theme that was forked from Paper Lantern. Thank you.
