Backup / Restore emails

Hello! I have a regular issue (I guess). In Cpanel, when I backup entire website and restore in another server, the backups create everything excepts the emails. (And I need it too) How I can do that? I need to create the emails on the second server before?

  Hello, Emails should be included in the full backups you generate through cPanel. If that's not happening, then I recommend consulting with your hosting provider on the source server to determine why emails are not included in backup generations. Thank you.
