Unsuspended account - getting white page
Good morning, I have unsuspended a website in cPanel on my server, but now when I look at the site it brings up a white page. The site was automatically suspended for 'domain provider abuse' apparently.
Something wasn't loaded and the website is not displaying correctly. Any advice would be super helpful. Thank you in advance, here is a photo to clarify anything

Hello, It looks like your provider renamed "index.php" to "index.php.OFF". You can rename that file back to "index.php" so the website begins loading again, however you may want to check with your provider for more information about why it was suspended before doing so. Thank you. 0 -
Ok, sorry for the basic questions - I'm a jr developer getting strong armed into this. I am the host, so I would ask the domain provider why it was turned off? Also, I did as you said (thank you!) and now it just says access denied. 0 -
My account is suspended again, I really need to fix the problem before I unsuspend anything. After googling it looks like their emails may be hacked and thats whats causing the issue. I'll update when I have more information or a solution 0
