Permitting Email Relay Question

Hi one of my customer has asked if I can EMail Relay for them Yep I said Emmmmm, google not my friend. I want to set it up only to accept relay from a domain name Blue

  Hello, Your access level shows as "Website Owner". Do you have root access to this system, or is this a shared hosting account with a web hosting provider? Thank you.
