    Hello, I'm unable to reproduce this issue on a test system. Can you verify which version of cPanel is installed on this system? Are you sure you are accessing Web Host Manager over the same IP address that you used when installing the plugin via the command line? Thank you.

    Thanks. 68.0.20 and I am pretty sure it's the same IP. Let me install .21 and see if that helps.

    Hello, To update, the issue was solved by running the installation script again:
    /scripts/install_lets_encrypt_autossl_provider

    I will attest to the fact that worked " though again, you can see at the top of the page that I'd already rerun the script to no avail! So ... I"m going to attribute it partly to the script and partly to magic. :) Kudos to the CPanel support team " for caring, as much as for fixing.
