Hello, Here are the commands you would use to uninstall the existing MySQL 5.5 RPMs from the system:
    /usr/local/cpanel/scripts/update_local_rpm_versions --edit target_settings.MySQL55 uninstalled /usr/local/cpanel/scripts/check_cpanel_rpms
Then, to install the RPMs again, you'd run the following commands:
    /usr/local/cpanel/scripts/update_local_rpm_versions --edit target_settings.MySQL55 installed /usr/local/cpanel/scripts/check_cpanel_rpms
    Thank you.
