    Hello :) Typically, usage displayed under the "Other" category is for files not contained within your home directory. You can confirm this by checking the disk space usage in an account's home directory. EX:
    du -sh /home/username
    If it's less usage than reported for the account disk space usage in cPanel or WHM, then it indicates there are files owned by this user elsewhere on the system. This could include mailing lists, or simply files owned by the account elsewhere on the system. Thank you.

    If you do not have root or shell access, you will have to ask your web host for help.

    Hello, Typically, usage displayed under the "Other Usage" category is for files not contained within your home directory. Thus, as mentioned in the previous post, it's a good idea to reach out to your web hosting provider for help determining where that usage is coming from. Thank you.
