UDP 443 required

for cPanel and web services is UDP 443 required? I'm noticing many of our clients IP addresses blocked by our software firewall (CSF) when they hit UDP 443? Browser specific?

  It may be Google Chrome specific as part of their QUIC protocol (Quick UDP Internet Connections) experiments. See this thread for more information and this article has fuller details
