BoxTrapper Verification link

Hello, I post this because on multiple servers (almost all of them) BoxTrapper does not work very well. The verification link does not work and return an error. On the last case, our customer have the following error :
Delivery Failed! Executing in an invalid environment for the supplied user
I checked the error logs (both apache error log and cPanel) but there is nothing. I checked the BoxTrapper CGI too, it seems OK :

However, BoxTrapper works when someone responds to the BoxTrapper email instead of clicking on the verification email. It's exactly the same problem as this one : Boxtrapper: Verification Link failure (On click) I checked the hostname stuff and I've rebuilt the apache conf without any errors. Any ideas ?   Hello, Can you verify which version of cPanel is installed on one of the affected systems? EX:
  cat /usr/local/cpanel/version
