HIPAA Compliance?

Hello, I am thinking about creating a WHM Cpanel instance into AWS, using your AMI available in the AWS Marketplace. AWS EC2 is HIPAA compliant. If I install your WHM Cpanel instance inside AWS, will the whole install including WHM CPanel also HIPAA compliant? Any advice is welcome.

  Hi, By default, it is not fully compliant. A server has to be analyzed for areas to make it compliant.. A webserver has many applications running on it in order to interact with the users, so it has to be further configured and scanned with vulnerability scanners to get the complete compliance.
