  Did you checked the apache logs while browsing the websites ? I think it will give you the better idea of whats happening.

  No, I have not checked apache logs but site back to online after server reboot. So what Service need to restart after PHP Pecl Module update?

  You can restart apache and PHP-FPM from WHM itself.

  Hello, Are you able to reproduce the issue after installing an additional PECL module? If so, can you let us know the specific output to /usr/local/apache/logs/error_log when access attempts to your website fail? Thank you.

  You have to restart php-fpm after installing/upgrading a pecl module.
