Hi, i need help WHM Says: "Account Creation Status: failed (XID 6th2q4) The domain "mydomain.com" already exists in the Apache configuration." Before i have this domain in mi reseller, but, was cancelled... many times later, i purchase the domain again, and today has create the hosting account in my reseller new. And say this message. Sorry my engilsh its not so good. I need help!! Please

  It seems account is already exist so please try to terminate the account on shell or through whm.

  Please take a look at this thread. It looks like you are a reseller, you may need to contact your provider. Account Creation Status: failed

  Hello, The previous post is correct. If you don't see the domain name added to an existing account as an alias or addon domain name, then you should contact your reseller hosting provider to have them verify if the domain name exists as part of an account that you no longer have access to. Thank you.
