    Please make sure that server disk space is not full. You have to check using the folwoing command
    df -h

    df -i

    Hello, After the conversion finishes, the email account data on the original account will continue to exist. You should be able to find it in the following directory:
    /home/$old-user/mail/$addon-domain/
    You could manually copy this data to the new account via SSH, but ensure to update the ownership of the files and directories to the new account username. Additionally, you'd likely want to run the following command after moving it:
    /scripts/mailperm $new-username
