    Hello, I recommend reaching out to your web hosting provider to see if they can enable some additional options (e.g. Greylisting, RBL scanning, DKIM verification) to help prevent incoming SPAM. Thank you.

    They told me they can't do anything as the messages are being sent as normal emails.

    There's not too much more you could without root access outside of enabling SpamAssassin. The other options I referenced are not associated with SpamAssassin and thus they could in-fact help reduce the amount of SPAM you receive. Thank you.
