Not able to Create the Email id with domain

Hi There, I have a website name example.com. Before some days I checked my email address (info@example.com) and it was there but now I could not find that even I am not able to create the new one. It shows that some API fails with a big right corner pop-up message window, written with hordo/sqilite etc. I have attached the screen shot of issue. please help me out. 50123

  Hello, The error message is showing that there is issue with horde database. You have to contact to you hosting provider to fix this issue as you have only cpanel access.
