List Accounts xfercpanel redirect
Hello there!
I am having an issue tracking down why the "cP" logo next to a domain in "List Accounts" redirects strangely.
When logged in to WHM on the hostname
i.e
data that is irrelevent)
To which there is no DNS set up.
Notice, no port number, and the addition of the subdomain "cpanel".
If that URL is manually edited to remove "cpanel." and add ":2083" the logged in session loads cPanel without issue.
I have attempted toggling "Always Redirect" settings, rebuilding Apache conf, restarting cPanel, updating cPanel. Nothing seems to change the outcome. So, what I need to know is what might be causing that redirect, and/or what file/setting can be modified to stop it.
Any hints or info would be appreciated.

Hello, Could you open a support ticket using the link in my signature so we can take a closer look at the system to see what's happening? Thank you. 0 -
Hey there, actually opened a ticket earlier today. Issue was due to the hostname routing through CloudFlare. Once pushed direct, no more strange redirect issue. Thanks! 0 -
Not sure how to close a thread though. Can you tell me that? Or maybe the moderator can close this? 0 -
Hello, I'm glad to see the issue was addressed. I've marked this thread as solved. Thanks! 0 -

Hi, so how exactly did you fix it? "pushed direct" meaning unclicking the cloud icon in CloudFlare next to the CNAME?0 -
Hello @Ian Shen, That's one potential solution, but another approach is to access Web Host Manager over port 80 or 443 using the proxy subdomains feature and then disabling CloudFlare for the proxy subdomain CNAME instead of the hostname CNAME. EX: https://whm.domain.tld
CloudFlare documents this at: My cPanel won't load or keeps logging me out after enabling Cloudflare Thank you.0
