    Did you check the configuration guide in cPanel, under "Email Accounts"? To the right of each email account, there is a "Set Up Email Client" link. It lists the configuration settings for Outlook. Michael Reynolds

Also, could you verify if there's a specific error message when sending an email fails? Typically it's related to firewall or ISP-level restrictions on the computer of the person attempting to send the email (ISPs often block port 25). Thank you.
