Can't update NameServers with current cPanel

Cpanel Access: Website Owner Cpanel Experience: Basic Hi, I"ve just changed hosting supplier and they told me I should update my NameServers on a welcome mail exactly after making the payment and I frankly don"t know how to do that with the version of Cpanel supplied on my account. It seems to be the latest but basic one. My web page is down as well as my emails and all I know is that the DNS are still ponting at the old server. Read a lot of threads here but they refer to tools that I don"t have at hand. Could you please advise? Thanks in advance.

  Hello, Name servers are updated at the domain registrar (the company you originally purchased the domain name from). You may want to consult with your previous hosting provider to determine how to update the name servers if you purchased the domain name directly from them. Thank you.
