500 Internal Server on 3rd Party plugins PHPmyAdmin and Roundcube

I have a cPanel server on Almalinux v9.3.0 and cPanel version is 116.0.7. I am getting 500 internal server when I try to access Phpmyadmin from anywhere and also the same error when accessing roundcube through webmail.

Here are error logs:

I have tried to look for the solution but there hasnt been any solution found. Please help me with this. Thanks
