Delete file from /home/virtfs/
I have some Redis rdb files within /home/virtfs/account/var/lib/redis. I no longer use Redis and it is disabled. however I cannot delete these files because its a read only file system.
How do I go about this?

Those are only symlinks, not actual files, doesn't take space. If from WHM under CageFS option you update CageFS I believe they will disappear as long as the source folder (/var/lib/redis) is removed already.

I was not able to find CageFS from WHM menu.
Why does it report that the folder it taking up 10GB of files? Does it exist somewhere else?

I thought you have CloudLinux on the server. You can read more about it here:
that should explain how it works exactly.

Ah ha I see. I found the files in "/var/lib/redis" and was able to delete them.
Thank you :)
