Reseller avoid over quota

Hi, I currently using the directadmin system and I want to pass to cpanel, but before I need to have this.
 
In directadmin Reseller that exceeds his/her quotas will discover that all their customer (User) sites will stop working (along with the Reseller's web site), does cpanel working in this way ?
 
I will manage several resellers, and I need to avoid over quota.
 
Does cpanel used quota group (a/quota.group grpquota) for reseller?

    There are quota options for the reseller, but on a cPanel a quota problem will not keep any websites from working.  Is that what you wanted to find out?

    The reseller itself could have a separate user quota applied to it, but yes, quotas do need to function on the operating system itself in order for the cPanel tools to work.

    Hey there thank you for your answer, but my question is specifically if cpanel system does used quota group (grpquota) for reseller ?

    Because if does, then I will work just like directadmin, but you say "but on a cPanel a quota problem will not keep any websites from working"

    That means does no used grpquota in /etc/fstab, just usrquota usrjquota.

    Maybe I Wrong can you clarify this, please.

    In cPanel you can do quotas for resellers in two ways. 

    The default way (not allowing overselling) the quota is based on what the reseller allocates to their customers.   With this model, it's basically impossible to go over quota, because they can't allocate more space than they have.

    The second way (enabling overselling) the quota is based on what they are using.  This can cause all the resellers accounts to stop working when any of the accounts hit quotas.

    Hi there thank you for your input, I know about that I read the documentation,

    Still  I waiting for clarification from staff cpanel, I want to know the technically details of quota management for reseller inside the core system cpanel related to quota package of OS.  

    if you know where I can find the documentation about this case please tell me

    I'm still not entirely sure what you're asking, but no, we don't user the grpquota option in that way.  We do require that the partition has quota support enabled as outlined here:

    But there is not a reseller group that uses that feature of the Linux quota system.
