This is why I switched to Virtualmin...
So back when I was learning how to do everything, I literally didn't know how to do anything...
I started with shared hosting which of course gave me cpanel.
Eventually I moved on and started managing my own servers, and I went with cpanel because it was all I really knew.
Was never able to get SSL working without buying an SSL certificate knowing that let's encrypt existed and was capable, decided to find another panel altogether and I've been using virtualmin for about 6-7 years now.
I decided let me try cpanel again after these years, and no matter what I do, I cannot get an SSL certificate for the primary domain.
It says there is an SSL certificate from cpanel for every single sub domain possible, but not the domain itself, and nothing I do will fix this. I've tried ipv6 fixes I've tried every single thing I could find from every Google possible.
Tweak settings everything.
Nothing I do will allow me to assign an SSL certificate to my website. However of course I have the certificate and it works for everything else 🙄
Can someone please explain why CPanel or WHM can't help me figure out how to do this with just the basic domain?
The furthest I got was the acme challenge not happening properly which I don't know why I would even need that or how I would even get that?

Hey there! The AutoSSL system, whether using Sectigo or Let's Encrypt, should just work, for all domains that are created on the server.
Can you post your AutoSSL log here, with the domains/IPs removed, so we can see those errors?
If your license is purchased through cPanel, you're always welcome to submit a support ticket so we can take a look.
