Entry Processes touches the limit at similar time everyday. Sessions in database is more than 5 gb.

One of websites cannot be loaded at similar time every day between 11am and 12pm. I found that at that time the every processes touches the limit and the sessions table in database is more than 5,000,000 and it is more than 5gb.

The Below is php.ini file.

display_errors = Off

max_execution_time = 30

max_input_time = 60

max_input_vars = 1000

memory_limit = 256M

post_max_size = 8M

session.gc_maxlifetime = 1440

session.save_path = "/var/cpanel/php/sessions/ea-php80"

upload_max_filesize = 2M

zlib.output_compression = Off

 

Is there anything wrong in the php.ini file?

 

If there is anything I can check or solve this problem, please let me know.

  Hello,

  Just for clarification, the site is not "hosted" by cPanel.  cPanel is the software that your web host is utilizing.

  If you have root access to the server, I'd suggest looking at Apache Status while this is going on.  That will let you see the URL's that are being requested and well as the IP address making the request.  That may help you track things down.

  I tried what you suggested, but it could not load it with the below message.

   

  "Failed to receive status information from Apache."

  Are you perhaps running LiteSpeed Web Server?  That would be the only reason I can think of why you would not get the Apache Status from WHM.
