AutoSSL will not work, stuck in progress

Good day to you all.

I recently had this one domain under another account same server as an add on domain and wanted to move over to its own c panel account same server.  I removed it from one and created another and now the AutoSSL is stuck in Progress and no matter what I do, it wont give me the all.  I checked logs and this is the only errors I am getting.

ERROR TLS Status: Defective

ERROR Defect: OPENSSL_VERIFY: The certificate chain failed OpenSSL’s verification (0:18:DEPTH_ZERO_SELF_SIGNED_CERT).

Any help would be appreciated.  I tried to create a Ticket, but apparently I can no longer do this and c panel tells me to contact my host provider.  This is really concening that I cannot get support anymore from a ticket.

  yes website is safe and no listing in Google safe browsing and it had an ssl on another account with no issues.

  Is there any official status on Sectigo service? I am seeing the same issues for a few days now.
  Is switching to Let's Encrypt silent and seamless?

  Yes. Very easy switch and then run autossl again as this worked for me
