Should I use both A and AAAA record?

Do I need to use both A and AAAA record at the same time in Basic WebHost Manager® Setup

I'm facing a problem with some of my domains. Some visitors can't reach the sites

  The answer would be "maybe".  Do you have IPV6 setup on the server and do you want to use it?  If so, then you'd want A and AAAA records.  Either way, it's not going to solve your issue.  You are specifically querying for an "A" record, so the AAAA is not relevant.
