Backing up system state without accounts and root mysql databases

I have a very large account - 700GB +. I want to just do the backup of the system state, because i can't use cpanel backup for the account, i don't have that much free space locally - yes annoying. I disabled user account in the backup, selected per account for database backup, checked system state backup, setup the additional storage and validated. I have 2000+ mysql databases but as root not as mentioned user, and i don't want to backup them. Will they be backed up or not with these settings?

  Hey there!  With the settings you mentioned, I would not expect the databases to be backed up for that particular account.

  What about the databases created by the root?

  Database created outside of a cPanel user would only be backed up if you chose either the "entire directory" or "per account and entire directory" option.
