File Upload error #Post 2
I have already made the below query before;
I am managing my website using cpanel. The issue is that I am not able to upload files to it. I have set the upload limit and all sorts of that kind of things frp. The error I am getting is "An error occurred. Your account may be over its quota or you attempted to upload a folder".
I was asked to contact hosting support. I tried again, they are not able to find a solution.

Are you using Cloudflare DNS, proxy?
Than this document might explain your issue:
https://support.cpanel.net/hc/en-us/articles/360052106193-cPanel-File-Manager-An-error-occurred-Your-account-may-be-over-its-quota-or-you-attempted-to-upload-a-folder-
If your not running Cloudflare than we can try the build in fix quota script.
You do require WHM root access for that
https://support.cpanel.net/hc/en-us/articles/360052299514-How-to-fix-quotas
Do be sure to check your not on one of the systems that requires additional care before or after running the script. It is listed on the more information page:
https://docs.cpanel.net/knowledge-base/general-systems-administration/how-to-fix-quotas/
Only follow the rest of the instructions in this link if your on one of the systems that requires additional attention otherwise simply run the script.
If that has no effect either I would try setting up a ftp user as test and see if you can upload from there to rule out any issue with the filemanager instead of your account directory.

If the hosting provider isn't able to find a solution they should reach out to us directly on your behalf. If you feel you aren't getting the support from your host that you expect, please reach out to cs@cpanel.net so we can handle that.
