EasyApache not Provisioning

WHM v116.0.10 on AlmaLinux 8.9

Easy apache never enables the Provision button, no matter what I enable or disable in previous steps. 
The changed items are not detected. I specifically trying to install tomcat 8.5, but the same happens with PHP Extensions.

This is happening to me on two different servers, that have the same config.

  I think I've had this myself. Try saving your profile, switching to one of the cPanel provided ones and provisioning that and then try reloading your profile and provisioning that.

  It's also a good idea to see if a "yum update" completes normally on the system, as any issues with Yum will cause problems with EasyApache.

  I think the problem is that Tomcat 8.5 is not supported on AlmaLinux. (https://docs.cpanel.net/ea4/tomcat/tomcat/)

  As EasyApache has not any comments about that, and tomcat 10.1 is not listed by default, it is confusing.
