Calendar Delegation Not Working

I am on cPanel ver 116.0.10 with CCS Server Tools installed and working correctly. I am able to see and use the CalDAV calendar and CardDAV address book via both the Roundcube Webmail interface and third party clients such as Thunderbird.
When logged in as the main account for my domain, the "Calendar Delegation" menu item is visible in cPanel.
Problem:
Clicking the "Calendar Delegation" menu loads the relevant page with endless "Loading Delegates.." message. The Delegates list and the User list is never populated.
On checking via the Debugger Tools / Inspect window, this is what I see:
Is this a feature that is not yet fully supported?
Or a configuration issue on the hosting provider side?

Hey there! Do you have root access to the server? If so, I'd start by checking the cPanel error log at /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log. That is always the first place to look when there is something odd happening in the interface, and it what is mentioned in that json output you provided.

As suggested by cPRex, I got in touch with my hosting provider and they fixed the issue. They did not provide any information as to the nature of the fix.
Calendar Delegation is working correctly.

Aww I'm sorry they couldn't tell you more - then we could post it here for everyone to learn from! But I am glad they could help and that things are working normally now.

With the cpdavd Service replacing CCS Plugin in cPanel 120.0.0, this issue is no longer valid for me.
The new "Calendars and Contacts Sharing interface" is working correctly and I am able to share Calendars and Address Books as required.
