ClamAV Not Updating After Recent cPanel Update
After the last cPanel update I am seeing this in my logs:
daily database available for update (local version: 27157, remote version: 27158) WARNING: downloadFile: file not found: http://httpupdate.cpanel.net/cpanelsync/clamav/daily-27158.cdiff
ClamAV updates were working fine before the update.
Have you guys stopped supporting ClamAV or is this a bug in the recent update?
Server Details:
AlmaLinux v8.9.0 STANDARD
cPanel Version 116.0.10
Apache Version 2.4.58
MySQL Version 8.0.36
Architecture x86_64
Kernel Version 4.18.0-477.27.1.el8_8.x86_64

I've just tried fetching that file from my server via the command line ( wget http://httpupdate.cpanel.net/cpanelsync/clamav/daily-27158.cdiff ) and it downloaded correctly - if I were to hazard a guess, I'm guessing your update(s) ran during the time cPanel Inc were uploading to httpupdate.cpanel.net - hence why the details of the remote version got incremented, but the file is missing.
If this error happens again, can you try using wget or curl to download the file onto your server to see if that works?

Yeah I see it is working again so your assumption may be correct. Just never seen it before so thought I'd ask. Thanks for the tip in case it happens again. And thanks for your response much appreciated.
