Email account logged off Roundcube after sending 1-2 mails
Hallo,
we have around 500 email on our CPanel account. We have problems with just one of those (tested the others and they work without issues) using Roundcube webmail.
We tested from different zones and PCs.
We are able to send one mail from the webmail, then after the mail has been sent the user gets logged out, so he cannot send another one or navigate the webmail anymore.
If he's "lucky" he can send two mails but then the same happens.
Any hints?

First, try to fix the permission for the particular mail account by referring below article

Then follow the below steps
- Rename the file .rcube.db to .rcube.db.bak
- Rename .rcube.db. (use the most recent copy first based on timestamp) to .rcube.db
Run the below command and Share the logs to provide you with the exact resolution
tail f /var/cpanel/roundcube/log/errors0
