SiteJet Builder issue - Error: The API call failed with error code “500”
Not too thrilled about having to go to the 3rd party datacenter for cPanel support!! Now it will take a week or better to get support from them (OVH)!! Asinine move cPanel - you already raised your prices, screwed over the smaller companies and now this? Rant over....
Anyone able to assist with an error I am receiving when trying to implement the use of the new SiteJet builder on a subdomain?
Everytime I try to go to the SiteJet Builder link on a subdomain cPanel account, I am presented with the following error:
Error: The API call failed with error code “500” and response “Can't connect to api.sitehub.io:443 (Connection timed out) Connection timed out at /usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/perl/536/cpanel-lib/LWP/Protocol/http.pm line 50. ”.
If anyone can assist or point me in the right direction, I would appreciate it. I am running CloudLinux v8.9.0 STANDARD standard and cPanel Version 116.0.10. Any help appreciated.
Thanks in advance.

Hello,
The error seems to point to a network or firewall issue from your server to api.sitehub.io on port 443.I can't duplicate this on my test server running the same OS and cPanel version. Can you check if you can connect to api.sitehub.io on port 443 from your server?
nmap -Pn api.sitehub.io -p 443
