Roundcube Import Limit
AnsweredI'm trying to import 200MB of email into Roundcube and I'm getting an error message when I choose more than 20 files that says you can only upload 20 files at once. I can't find where to change this limit. Where can I change it?

Hey there! I'm not aware of a limit on the number of files you can select, so I can't say for sure what may need to be changed. There is a memory limit that you can adjust outlined here:
but I may need more details about the file limit you're seeing. Do you have a screenshot you could share that shows this behavior. You could also check the various error logs related to Roundcube to see if they provide more information: https://support.cpanel.net/hc/en-us/articles/360054983694-Where-can-I-find-the-Roundcube-error-log

I've already increased the PHP limits. Here is a printscreen of the error.

Thanks for that! This is likely related to the php_value max_file_uploads setting for internal PHP. You can adjust this by editing the php.ini file inside /usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/php/81/etc although you'll need to restart cPanel after that change with this command:
/scripts/restartsrv_cpsrvd

Thank you. The php.ini file path was a little different:
/usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/php/81/etc/roundcube/php.ini
Once I modified the upload limit I was able to import 900 messages.

Ah, I sent you the generic one for cPanel in general, not the specific one for Roundcube - my mistake there, but glad it led you to the right place!
