Credentials for the "OLD" forum don't work here

I'm logged in the the username and pwd for my cPanel account tht I used to purchase services.

My creds for the old forum no longer work here. "https://forums.cpanel.net/"

Password reset doesn't work either.

  Hi,

  According to the "Forums Migration" post from November at https://support.cpanel.net/hc/en-us/community/posts/19408006532375-Forums-Migration-Update "...you most likely have a different email address in our support platform than what you used for the old Forums.  If you create a new support account with that same email address, it will link to all your old stuff automatically."

  What rbairwell said - this Forum uses the same information as our Zendesk Support interface that you would use at support.cpanel.net, which may or may not have been the same as your old Forums account.

  Thanks - but for now I'll use the login I'm using now.
