    Hi,

    You'll need to contact your web hosting provide for this sort of assistance - cPanel Inc (who just make the software) don't have access to the server your site is hosted on (or the ability to verify your identity) for this.

    You may find https://docs.cpanel.net/knowledge-base/cpanel-product/how-to-identify-your-hosting-provider/ helpful for finding out who your hosting provider is (it is most likely the company who you pay for web hosting on a monthly/yearly basis). They should be able to do a password reset for your cPanel account.
