Gen4 godaddy vps mailboxes don't Work with dkim signature using relay server

I have my domain + exim mailserver  installed on a godaddy gen4 vps and I had to upgrade from Centos 7 linux version to almalinux. Regarding Dkim I used the same option dkim_remote_smtp in exim.config.local but when  any email account try to send emails outside company they get stuck in queue. But if I change the value to only remote_smtp  and build config file again all emails in queue that were stuck are delivered properly . My dns has a dkim record generated by whm

    Hey there!  I'll need a bit more information before I can provide advice on this one.  When messages are lingering in the queue, are there any additional details from Exim why they can't be sent?

    Can you also let me know specifically what value you are changing in the Exim configuration?  dkim_remote_smtp shows up many times in the Advanced Editor tab of the WHM >> Exim Configuration Manager tool, so I'll need to know specifically what adjustment you're making so I can test.

    regarding exim configuration , I have only changed the file /etc/exim.conf.local

    send_to_smart_host:
    driver = manualroute
    route_list = !+local_domains 208.109.80.54
    transport = remote_smtp

    I changed the value of variable transport from remote_smtp to dkim_remote_smtp as adviced on the cpanel support area

    That advice worked for me on my previous VPS with CentOS 7

    After few seconds I checked again on /var/log/exim_mainlog and the FREEZED test email is updated to:

    I'm wondering if there are DNS issues with your machine.  Does the following command allow you to connect to the Gmail servers?

    telnet gmail-smtp-in.l.google.com 25

    You may need to install "telnet" if it isn't present on your machine.

    Toniel, you mention you have added the DKIM rules for Smarthosts - but have you actually correctly configured the GoDaddy Smarthost email server settings?

    Trying 2607:f8b0:4004:c19::1b...

    that attempt never connect
