Webmail works but suddenly IMAP & SMTP stopped. Can’t access mail via any mail client

No settings changed but all our devices started showing mail authentication error. Password is not accepted. While it works on cPanel and webmail

  Since you mentioned that webmail passwords are functioning, could you please restart the CSF/firewall service on the server once and verify if it resolves the issue?
