I am a novice.  My domain is no longer public facing.  I need assistance in getting this resolved ASAP.

  Hi,

  You'll need to contact your web host for assistance with this - this page https://docs.cpanel.net/knowledge-base/cpanel-product/how-to-identify-your-hosting-provider/ should help you find out who it is (it's usually the company you pay for web hosting on a monthly/yearly basis).

  cPanel Inc only develop and sell web hosting software used by hosting providers  - they do not host any customer websites and cannot assist in issues like this (speaking as just an indirect custom of theirs).
