Remove from sql mode ONLY_FULL_GROUP_BY

Hello to the Community, I want to know if it is safe to Remove from sql mode ONLY_FULL_GROUP_BY? Just have an xml issue that was in maria db earlier in other hosting account and now in my server I have issues is it safe?

  I usually set

  strict_mode=""

  so it should be ok :)
