cPanel installation with Ubuntu 22.04
When I try to install cPanel on the server with Ubuntu 22.04, I get this error message:
cPanel & WHM only supports Ubuntu 22.04 on version 118 or greater. Please refer to our additional installation instructions at https://go.cpanel.net/ubuntu-install-procedure
So you have an issue with the installation with Ubuntu 22.04? Or 118 version is not released yet?

Version 118 is in the development stage (EDGE) for testing only and not for production servers.

So to install cPanel, do I need to use Ubuntu 20.04 OS version?

For production purposes, it's recommended to opt for either Ubuntu 20.04 or AlmaLinux 8.

As per https://support.cpanel.net/hc/en-us/articles/1500001216582-What-operating-systems-are-supported-by-cPanel https://docs.cpanel.net/installation-guide/system-requirements-ubuntu/ - Ubuntu 22.04 is only supported as an experimental operating system for cPanel 118 (Edge) and above - Ubuntu 20.04 is the currently supported version for cPanel 110 LTS, 116 (Stable/Release/Current) and 118 (Edge)
