cPanel Domain Mapping Issue - Help!
I'm having some trouble mapping a domain in cPanel and hoping someone can provide some guidance.
I purchased a new domain related to video editing that I want to point to an existing website I have set up under a different domain on the same hosting account. I went into cPanel's Domain Mapper and tried to set up domain mapping, but no matter what I do, the new domain just isn't resolving and showing my site.
I've triple-checked that the new domain is assigned to my hosting package and the DNS is pointed to my server. I've remapped it several times in cPanel following the documentation, clearing my cache each time. But I still can't seem to get this second domain working and showing my website's content.
Has anyone else run into mapping issues with cPanel before? I'm stumped on what could be causing this and missing some obvious steps. I just want to be able to access my site using the new domain name I purchased. Any tips on troubleshooting domain mapping problems would be appreciated 🥰
Let me know if you need any other details from me.

I am getting your webpage showing correctly for me ("Are you stuck on Exporting HD quality...") - it may just be that fact your browser may have cached the old details.
Doing a check via https://toolbox.googleapps.com/apps/dig/#A/ and https://info.addr.tools shows two different A records (one ending .56 and one and .195) and two different AAAA records (once ending :6c3 and another ending :8738) - all of those being Cloudflare IP addresses. If you are having some issues with the site working, then Cloudflare will make diagnostics that much more difficult ("is the problem between you and Cloudflare? At a specific Cloudflare DC? Between Cloudflare and your server? On your server").

Sir I have triple-checked that the new domain is assigned to my hosting package and the DNS is pointed to my own server. I've remapped it several times in cPanel following the documentation, clearing my cache each time. Otherwise I still can't seem to get this second domain working and showing on my website's content.

Muhammad Sajawal - I would ensure the following things are in place:
-the domain is correctly pointed to the IP address of your cPanel account, wherever that DNS is hosted
-the domain is created in cPanel >> Domains with the "Share document root" box selectedThat is all that is required in order to get one domain to load the content of another in cPanel.

I'm also encountering this issue right now while trying to map a new domain to my website in cPanel. I’ve gone through similar steps—confirming the DNS is correctly pointed, clearing cache, and rechecking the domain mapping settings—but the new domain still isn’t resolving. It’s frustrating because everything seems configured correctly on paper. If anyone has insights or troubleshooting tips, I’d love to hear them. Hopefully, we can get this sorted! This reminds me of troubleshooting issues with video editing software like CapCut, where everything seems fine during setup, but a minor setting can throw off the entire process. For instance, I recently came across a helpful guide on fixing the "No Internet Connection" problem in CapCut here capprocutapk.com. It showed me how small tweaks can solve seemingly complex issues. If anyone has insights or troubleshooting tips for my current domain issue, I’d love to hear them. Hopefully, we can get this sorted!

Joe Root - you've mentioned that the DNS is correctly pointed, but the domain still isn't resolving. What error messages do you get when trying to access the domain in a browser? Do you see any errors when checking the domain with a tool like https://intodns.com/ ?Â
