I found this feature automatically enabled with a recent update it seems. I would have preferred that it be enabled subject to my approval.

In any case, i don't know much about Koality other than its a webpros company. I have a question from a client in regards to privacy and data when using this service.

Can someone send me a link to the terms of service with Koality, specifically what data they collect and what they will do with it, the rights to it, direct advertising?

  Hey there!  The link you posted goes to a 404 page when I checked just now.  There were no additional additional service agreements required for this product besides selecting the "I agree to receive notifications from Site Quality Monitoring at the above email address" box if you decide to use this tool for a particular cPanel account.

  For any other questions, I have to refer to to legal@cpanel.net as they will be able to answer specific questions about this.

  Do i take from your response that the only data collected is email address?, no website data..
  
  My questions is pertaining to Terms of Use and Privacy Policy not any service agreements.

  We don't link to that external privacy policy anywhere in our product.  For anything more specific, you'll have to contact legal.
