WordPress Package Configuration - Help needed please
Hi all, I am struggling with getting the configuration settings correct for a package that offers a customer the ability to host two WP websites using one cPanel account. I want the customer to be able to completely separate both domains. Currently the system is combining both the domains ie. when the customer registers the second domain as an 'Addon Domain', it registers it as a sub-domain therefore combining the files with the initial first registered domains root file system. When the customer types in the url of second domain, it doesn't exist. When she types in the sub-domain, only then she is taken to the theme she chose for the site. So the system is basically treating the domain as a sub-domain instead of an actual separate domain.
Also, under my list of accounts, her second domain that she registered does not appear, only her first initial domain appears.

Hey there! That all sounds correct to me - an addon domain is something created by cPanel, but to get it to work with Apache we create that subdomain you see.
However, you should get a separate document root for this domain as long as the domain was created without the "share document root" box checked.

Ok, thanks for that.
Now another issue. Installing WP and the AutoSSL on the Main Domain was simple. Problem is now to install the same on the Addon Domain. Did the same process as I did on the Main Domain. Nothing working on the Addon. AutoSSL refuses to install and when I go to the Addon domain URL, it give me "Can't reach this page". What am I doing wrong? Is there a step or process that I am missing?
Please help!!

If the addon domain isn't working in a browser, I would also expect AutoSSL to fail. You'll want to check the DNS for that domain with a tool like intodns.com to see what the problem is as that will likely give you more information on why you can't access the site.
