Web Site Preview

Hi,

How can I preview/test a web site before DNS points it to our server?

I tried to research this, and someone said go to cPanel, Domains, and click Website Preview. I don't see that option.

Someone else mentioned using: http://ip/~username/

I entered our server IP and the User Name for the account associated with the web site I want to preview but I get a 404 Not Found error.

The best way is to edit the HOSTS file on your own computer.

If you google that you'll plenty of tutorials.

That method works but I was hoping for a quick push a button in cPanel to test a web site. But if there isn't a feature like that then it's the old fashion HOSTS file way. :)
