WPToolKit Sets Not Syncing to Accounts
I tried reaching out to my hosting company's support and they said this issue is a CPANEL issue and I'd have to contact Support here. When trying to submit a ticket, my IP validation told me to contact my hosting company, since they license the product for my VPS.
Nevertheless, I'm here hoping for some guidance!
I have been trying to set up WP-TOOLKIT to create a "Set" for Themes & Plugins. I was able to set this up in WHM successfully:
However the changes do not seem to carry over to any of my Accounts:
In fact, it's showing a bunch of sets that I thought I had deleted on WHM already.
Things I've tried:
- Rebooting the server - No change.
- Uninstalling WP-Toolkit via Terminal & Reinstalling it with the WHM Marketplace. This added all of the original Sets back into Toolkit, didn't remove my custom one, and had no effect on the Accounts
- Contacted Hosting Support. Told me they couldn't fix it.
- Updated Cpanel
- VPS Running AlmaLinux 8
- cPanel Version: 11.116.0.11
Does anyone know how I can fix this so that my custom sets can appear in each of my accounts?

Update to this: I noticed that the correct Sets only display when I set the 'owner' of the account to "Root".
Obviously, I don't want to set the 'root' user as the owner of all of the accounts and there's no clear way on how to create a set as one of the account users.

Hey there! Just to confirm, you are creating these sets as the root user, but they only show up for other accounts owned by root, not under accounts owned by a reseller - is that correct?

yes, correct!
I don't seem to have any capacity to make them as the individual users. Similarly, I want to extend the sets to all user accounts (since i manage everything)

I've reached out to the WP Toolkit team and I'll let you know what I find out!

I did confirm with their team that there is currently no way to have a global list of sets that could be applied to all users, as resellers need to create their own. I asked if this is a feature they would consider adding and they are speaking internally about this option, but I don't have a workaround to offer at this time for you.
