AutoSSL stuck in progress

I use version 116.0.11.

I run autossl and it is stuck in progress mode.

The log's most recent line is stuck at

"
Analyzing “%username%”’s domains …

"

when %username%'s value is the name of the one user (solo version).

Trying to run a new autossl run - ends the same.

Is it a known thing? How can I fix it? (it looks like the process doesn't time out)

  Hey there!  I'm not aware of any issues with the AutoSSL tool getting stuck at this time.  What happens if you try manually running AutoSSL for that domain on the command line with the following command?

  /usr/local/cpanel/bin/autossl_check --user=username

  Eventually it completed on its own, so probably all is good.
