Hey there!  There isn't a specific tool for that but there are a few different API calls that may give you the information you are looking for in a different way:

    Email delivery records:
    https://api.docs.cpanel.net/openapi/whm/operation/emailtrack_search/

    Trace an email:
    https://api.docs.cpanel.net/cpanel-api-2/cpanel-api-2-modules-emailtrack/cpanel-api-2-functions-emailtrack-trace/#examples

    Email tracking:
    https://api.docs.cpanel.net/cpanel-api-2/cpanel-api-2-modules-emailtrack/cpanel-api-2-functions-emailtrack-search/#returns

but there isn't a specific API call to do what the Email Deliverability tool does.

I strongly recommend and request that either:

    1. There's a feature in WHM that allows sys admins to view or selectively check/generate the equivalent of cPanel's "Email Deliverability" report for one or many hosting accounts (primary domains at least).

    OR

    2. There's an API call that *does* achieve the same as the Email Deliverability tool in cPanel.

    Why?

Successful email deliverability is of high importance for any website-owning business. When there  are sometimes 100+ hosting accounts on a server, it's impractical to visit every cPanel for each hosting account to see if the Email Deliverably report is good or not. It would be providing a great  value-added service to our clients to be able to report on this server-wide.

Could you submit that as a feature request over at features.cpanel.net?

    Done.

That said, I've got a sneaking suspicion that I've previously added this as a feature request before.

Tell me if I'm wrong, but when a feature request is submitted at features.cpanel.net, then that request isn't searchable until/unless cPanel decides to add it to the roadmap? If so... not ideal.

That's correct - we do see them all internally and collect the feedback, but we don't publish them all publicly on the site.

Yes, not ideal for checking whether or not you (or someone else) has already submitted the same or similar idea before.

I do agree with that point for sure, but it does keep us from having a sea of feature requests like the old site, so they don't just pile up for eternity.

Do you have any idea if this feature request is on the roadmap? It would be extremely helpful for us to better proactively help our clients and their email deliverability challenges.

spaceman - we didn't get to that one during last week's meeting.  It *might* come up this week, but more likely next week.  It does seem like a good idea though!
