Email account cPanel recived only not send please help my

  Please contact your web hosting provider for assistance - cPanel only provides the control panel software ( https://docs.cpanel.net/knowledge-base/cpanel-product/how-to-identify-your-hosting-provider/ ). Other people which utilise the cPanel control panel software (such as myself) and occasionally cPanel staff can offer assistance on this forum - but we need to have a bit more information (such as what error message you are getting etc).

  It'll be best to contact your web hosting provider as they know what settings you should be using ("we" can only take educated guesses) and they will be able to check the server logs to see what errors could be stopping it from working.
