Website DNS problem

Hello,

I want to say off the bat, I'm new to this and not very expirienced, so when you try to explain something, please do it in simple terms haha.

My problem is, my website just won't open. I installed Wordpress on cPanel (Hosting platform is hostico if that is relevant), but no matter what I do, it won't load. imgur.com/a/fj8wIvP (The first screenshot shows WP Toolkit)
I already tried clearing DNS cache, but it still won't work. Any other suggestions?

  You'll need to contact your web hosting company for assistance and cPanel (as just the control panel software developers) have no control over this.

  I can see the domain name in your screen shot was registered on the 7th of Feb this year via Awesome Projects SRL possibly via https://hostico.ro or https://www.romarg.com (do those names sound familiar), but that the nameservers currently configured on the domain name (ns1-ns4.romarg.com) deny all knowledge of your domain name.

  Either the nameservers set on your domain name are not configured correctly (your web hosting provider will be able to provide the correct ones) or there is a configuration fault on their server. If you contact your web hosting company, they should be able to help
