How to install open vpn in cpanel?

I need to connect my application with a payment gateway, which necessitates the use of a VPN. However, I'm unable to install a VPN directly within cPanel.

  Hey there!  cPanel doesn't provide support for this tool, so I don't have any specific recommendations I can provide.  Hopefully another use will share their experience.
